Job Summary

  • The Technical Support Partner will support end-to-end delivery of technical features and functions post-go-live, acting as the overall support owner.
  • The role requires developing deep technical knowledge of Qventus Periop and Inpatient products to support them and drive value for customers.

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Prior experience supporting hospital systems projects
  • Skilled at understanding, documenting, and analyzing data
  • Experience with support processes (SLAs, OLAs)
  • Maintaining documentation versioning
  • Excellent communication skills
