Job Summary

  • This is a 3-4-year competency-based Maintenance Technician Development program designed to meet the needs for qualified Maintenance Technicians.
  • The program includes on-the-job training, an Individual Learning Plan (ILP) study program, and classes at a local Ivy Tech community college.
  • Upon successful completion, the trainee will have the opportunity to become a level 6 Maintenance Technician with benefits including Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance and Matching 401k.
