Job Description & Requirements We are looking for a Shop Sales Assistant to support daily shop operations, customer service and sales activities. Job Description: Attend to walk-in customers and handle customer enquiries in a professional manner. Introduce and promote the company’s services and packages to customers. Assist customers in understanding suitable services and related arrangements. Handle payment collection, cashiering duties and basic sales records. Maintain accurate customer records and daily transaction records. Follow up with customers on enquiries, service arrangements and related matters. Support daily shop operations and coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow. Handle customer feedback and service-related matters professionally. Perform any other duties assigned by management. Requirements: Relevant experience in retail, customer service, sales or shop operations is preferred. Good customer service attitude and communication skills. Able to introduce services and handle customer enquiries confidently. Responsible, organised and able to handle basic records accurately. Able to work well with team members in a service environment. Able to work on weekends, public holidays and shifts when required
