Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Mental Health Nursing
  • Minimum 3 years mental health inpatient experience
  • Understanding of Mental Health and Wellbeing Act 2022
  • Willingness to work rotating roster including nights

Nice-to-have

  • Previous experience as Nurse in Charge or ANUM
  • Resilient and compassionate approach to care
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to collaborative team environment

Key Requirements

  • AHPRA Registration with postgraduate mental health qualification
