Job Summary
Performs routine facility housekeeping, custodial services, snow removal, grounds services, room cleanliness and set/tear down functions to provide superior experience for Lansing Center properties.
Assists with directing the work activities of on-call Facility Workers and maintaining a safe, respectful work environment.
Demonstrates knowledge of general and preventative maintenance and repair of facilities, equipment, and building management systems.

Key Requirements
