  • Support the implementation of HR people initiatives and senior HR Business Partners in successful implementation and stakeholder engagement across the business with a data-driven mindset.
  • Manage Tier 2 support covering complex HR cases that require specialist transactional activity and support resolving cases through collaboration with HR Business Partners and other HR Centre of Excellence.
  • Review, identify and implement continuous process improvement that supports efficiency, effectiveness and scalability, providing analytical support to HR Business Partners.
