Job Summary

Attend, guide, and direct passengers at each point of contact, in accordance with established procedures; in order to ensure that flight operations are managed safely and thus achieve quality in service.
Support the Supervisor or other collaborators, in case of delays, interrupted flights, overbooking, or cancellations, performing the assigned functions; in order to ensure the continuous improvement of the organization.
