Job Summary

  • In this role, you will perform and ensure excellence in service, providing agile and timely treatment; in order to fulfill the duties and responsibilities established in the operational manuals and the Integrated Management System.
  • Attend, guide, and direct passengers at each point of contact, in accordance with established procedures; in order to ensure that flight operations are managed safely and thus achieve quality in service.
  • Support the Supervisor or other collaborators, in case of delays, interrupted flights, overbooking, or cancellations, performing the assigned functions; in order to ensure the continuous improvement of the organization.
