Job Summary
As Medical Excellence Lead you will sit on the Medical Leadership Team and partner across therapy areas and enabling functions to accelerate capability uplift and enterprise collaboration.
You will lead the rollout and adoption of Medical Excellence programs focusing on data and digital ways of working while supporting onboarding and coaching of field medical teams.
This role offers visibility across Medical, Compliance, Access Programs, and Commercial Excellence and prepares you for broader leadership paths by sharpening change leadership and influencing skills.
