Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience
Bachelor's and/or Master's degree
Prior Pharma Training Experience preferred
People Management Experience preferred
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills
