• Manage all claims and litigation affecting Architectural Metals, including lawsuits, claims, contract disputes, record retention, and resolution process, including management of outside counsel.

• Juris Doctorate from accredited law school
• Admitted to Minnesota State Bar
• 5-7 years attorney practice experience
• 5 years relevant manufacturing/construction legal experience
• Construction, product defect, warranty claims experience
• Litigation management experience
