Must-have
Manage full sets of accounts including AP/AR
Perform month-end and year-end close procedures
Support annual budget and midyear review exercises
Assist with statutory and internal audit processes
Manage grants from various funders and reporting
Proficient in Xero accounting software

Experience in charity or non-profit accounting
Strong writing skills for case management
Ability to work irregular hours for programme needs

Key Requirements
ACCA/CA/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
Minimum 2-3 years of financial accounting experience
Experience specifically in charity accounting preferred
