Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in social work or health field
  • 2 years customer service or case management experience
  • Knowledge of Medi-Cal Medicare and Social Security benefits
  • BLS/First Aid certificate required

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in PACE or healthcare settings serving elderly
  • Bilingual Spanish English Chinese English preferred
  • Passion for helping those in need
  • Collaborative interdisciplinary team approach

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in social work or related field
