Job Summary
The Director provides strategic leadership for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of transfer pathways, articulation agreements, onboarding processes, and support services designed to promote persistence, retention, and degree completion.
The Director will work collaboratively with academic leadership, advising units, the Registrar, and community college partners to ensure that UAPB is a destination institution for transfer and adult students.
The Director is responsible for executing duties including strategic leadership, transfer articulation, student onboarding, data assessment, external partnerships, and operational management.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution
Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience
Demonstrated experience working with transfer students, adult learners, or post-traditional populations
Working knowledge of transfer articulation, degree audit systems, and academic policy
Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and use metrics to improve student outcomes
