Must-have
4-8 years post-qualifying legal experience
Admitted to the Singapore Bar
Complex commercial transaction experience
IT services vendor legal background
Singapore Government procurement knowledge
Nice-to-have
Experience with Gen/Agentic AI transactions
SaaS or cloud transaction expertise
Strong business acumen and innovation mindset
Ability to lead and train legal team members
Resilience under high pressure environments
