Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to attend to and greet visitors, answer the telephone, and perform general administrative and clerical support within the Reception/Administrative area.
Essential duties include checking visitors in, informing employees of arrivals, maintaining a visitor log, handling mail, scheduling appointments, and keeping the reception area tidy.
This position has no clinical involvement and requires maintaining the confidentiality of resident care information, including protected health information.
