Must-have
High School Diploma or GED
Experience with Perfect Binders and collators
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Experience with Lean and continuous improvement

Knowledge of hard-cover casing-in lines

Key Requirements
