Job Summary

  • You will be embedded within the Energy & Energy Transition sector coverage team, supporting execution across M&A, capital raises, strategic advisory, and leveraged finance transactions.
  • As a Vice President in Energy & Energy Transition Coverage, you will play a key leadership role in the execution of complex transactions while developing relationships with key clients and driving new business opportunities.
  • We are seeking Investment Banking Vice Presidents who are intellectually curious, technically strong, and excited to play a meaningful role in shaping our franchise.
