PATH is seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Officer for its PMI REACH Malaria project in Kebbi State, Nigeria. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in health program evaluation, particularly in malaria, and will be responsible for developing and implementing monitoring and evaluation plans while providing capacity building for local health officials.

Job Summary
The role involves providing technical leadership for surveillance, monitoring, evaluation, and health systems strengthening interventions for the PMI REACH Malaria project.
The officer will build capacity of state and local government malaria focal persons to use evidence for decision-making regarding human resources and service delivery.
This position requires generating strategic data from HMIS and LMIS sources to guide policy discussions and inform annual operation plan processes.
