Job Summary
You’ll work with adults aged 18+ with physical disabilities and older adults with complex needs, using personalised and strengths-based approaches to support their independence and wellbeing.
Carry out holistic assessments of individuals and carers, identifying needs, risks and opportunities for independence.
You will receive: £3,000 retention bonus every 2 years (qualified staff), Payment of Social Work England registration fees, Specialist safeguarding training, Regular reflective supervision.
