Job Summary

  • Manage the preparation of SEC filing support including 10-Q, 10-K, and other regulatory reporting.
  • Research and evaluate the effect of new accounting and SEC pronouncements, and develop new accounting requirements.
  • Supervise SEC Reporting senior associates and staff, and manage relationships with internal and external auditors.
