Job Summary

• Lead the development and execution of the Associate Experience (AX) strategy within the Commercial Bank, driving cultural transformation and bringing the Associate Imperative to life.
• Drive strategy, analytics, and process coordination for talent management, workforce planning, and associate engagement, including learning, recognition, and cultural initiatives.
• Develop and implement coordinated engagement strategies, oversee multiple concurrent projects, and foster an environment for scaled associate co-creation of innovation.

• 1+ year project or process management
• 1+ year communications planning
• 2+ years project or process management (preferred)
