Somerford Primary School is seeking two Class Teachers for a new resourced provision aimed at supporting children with autism and associated social communication needs. The ideal candidates will be passionate about inclusive education and have experience working with pupils with complex needs, starting in September 2026

Job Summary

  • The role involves teaching and leading a class of up to 8 pupils with an Autistic profile and associated Social Communication needs.
  • Candidates will deliver a creative, adaptive curriculum and therapeutic strategies while linking with mainstream teachers to support pupil access.
