Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide leadership, direction, and solution-oriented thinking to the Site Leadership Team while ensuring advocacy for the customer.
The manager will act as the site-based customer champion, developing unconstrained unit forecasts for the S&OP process and supporting Factory Direct customers with quoting and order entry.
This role requires adherence to strict Quality Management Systems, FDA regulations, and ISO certification requirements while driving team performance towards key metric targets.
