  • Own and manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing and providing post-execution support for a broad portfolio of commercial agreements.
  • Lead end‑to‑end development of the centralized repository and automation efforts for global alliance agreements and associated adoption/participation agreements.
  • Get trained on AI legal solutions and design modules to automate the Agreement Business Impact Assessment (ABIA) framework.
