As a Collaboration Engineer, you will join the Business Technology’s (BT) Collaboration Team, which is responsible for connecting the workforce through digital technologies.
In this role you will deliver outstanding Collaboration service to the enterprise demonstrating our SaaS product suite which comprises Slack, Google Workspace, O365 (Exchange Online), Miro and other collaboration applications like Adobe, SurveyMonkey, Smartsheets, etc.

Key Requirements
7+ years of experience
Fluent with scripting languages
Domain expertise in Google Workspaces
Working experience using AI tools
ITIL certification is a plus
Microsoft, Google or Slack product certifications are a plus
