You will assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing nursing functions, participate in policy development, and ensure compliance with regulations and facility procedures.
This role involves coordinating nursing care plans, monitoring staff performance, participating in safety and infection control programs, and maintaining effective communication with residents, families, and other healthcare personnel.

Key Requirements
Nursing Degree from accredited college
Minimum 2 years experience in long-term care
Active RN license in state
Current CPR certification
Knowledge of rehabilitative nursing practices
Ability to maintain continuing education and licensing
