This role serves as the key liaison between Customer Service, Sales teams, Business Units, and Supply Chain departments to resolve order and stock issues.
The position requires supporting documentation for regulatory certifications such as Halal, Kosher, and NSF while ensuring product labels align with SDS updates.
Candidates will manage repacking documentation, coordinate batch accuracy with warehouse teams, and prepare supply chain KPI reports for management review.
