The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in engineering, project management skills, and experience interfacing with both internal teams and external customers

  • 10+ years progressive engineering experience
  • Hands-on physical hardware integration skills
  • Experience with MS Project or Primavera scheduling tools
  • Proficiency with formal requirements management tools like DOORS
  • Knowledge of configuration management processes

Nice-to-have

  • INCOSE CSEP or PMP certification
  • Active DoD TS clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Experience with rack-mount server platforms
  • Background in power/thermal analysis
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary design teams

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive engineering experience
  • 2+ years in a technical lead or project lead role
  • Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
