Job Summary
The Director Broadcast Engineering is responsible for overall technical aspects during transmissions, directing and controlling the creation of signal flows, equipment bookings, technical setup and supervision, event staffing and directly handling negotiations with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
You will lead a team of both local and global engineers, perform quality assurance, and lead the maintenance and integration of all systems and for all levels of broadcast equipment.
The role requires driving innovation within ESL’s engineering and tech department, organizing and delivering projects to guarantee desired quality levels, and improving service quality.
