As a Senior Principal Application Support Engineer & Shift Lead, you will be the senior operational authority responsible for availability, incident management, and continuous reliability improvement across technology portfolios.
This role requires flexible work hours supporting continuous operations across shifts, including weekends and holidays, with appropriate benefits adjustments.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
High-severity incident response leadership
Operational ownership in production systems
Monitoring and alerting platforms expertise
Advanced scripting and automation skills
Shift leadership and global support coordination
Compliance in regulated environments
Nice-to-have
Experience with SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets
Familiarity with Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines
Leading globally distributed support teams
Influencing enterprise-wide operational standards
Key Requirements
10–14+ years experience in Application Support or SRE
Proven leadership in high-severity incident management
Deep troubleshooting across distributed systems and cloud
Experience operating in regulated enterprise environments
Exceptional communication and leadership under pressure
