Job Summary

  • This role will play a critical role in enabling patient access by leading the strategy, development, and execution of access and reimbursement educational resources.
  • The Associate Director provides strategic oversight of FRM tools and resources, ensuring alignment with market access strategy, patient support program objectives, and the evolving needs of healthcare providers and their office staff.
  • The position collaborates closely with cross‑functional partners including Marketing, Market Access Payer Strategy, Trade, Commercial Learning & Development (CL&D), Patient Support, and FRM teams.
