Job Summary

  • As a senior manager in the Cloud Hardware support organization, you will be responsible for leading teams of Datacenter Technicians and/or Field Engineers assigned for delivery of on-site support, installations, proactive services in a defined territory and/or data center sites across Malaysia.
  • Oversee 24/7 data centre operations and new regional deployments, develop, coach, and scale high-performing, diverse technical teams, and collaborate globally to achieve consistency and deliver project milestones.
  • Proven leader of large, diverse teams in mission-critical IT environments with extensive data centre exposure in hyperscale environments and skilled communicator, able to influence across functions and senior management.
