Job Summary
Maintenance Technicians are vital in ensuring resident satisfaction by performing routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.
Respond to resident service requests in less than 3 hours, troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues.
The pay range for this position is $17.50 - 23.68 USD per hour depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus potential, health, dental, and 401(k) program/match, and paid time off.
