• We’re looking for a Manager for the Technical Project Implementation Team to join our growing Professional Services Team and to play a key role in managing clients and helping onboard new clients.
• The Implementation Team Lead oversees members of the team in order to help organize and prioritize work assignments, assist on client calls when needed, develop and update processes, and help manage escalated clients.
