This fellowship program partners with SkillBridge and Hiring Our Heroes to provide up to six months of on-the-job industry training for eligible service members transitioning to the civilian workforce.
The ISR, Aviation, and Security business area is a leading prime integrator for innovative, high-performance manned and unmanned aircraft systems with end-to-end C4ISR capabilities.
Participants will gain valuable work experience in the civilian sector and build professional networks while preparing for their transition to full-time civilian work within the aerospace and defense industry.
