Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years progressive industry experience
  • At least 3 years in a leadership capacity
  • Proven track record managing large-scale facilities operations
  • Expert proficiency in MS Office Suite and MS SharePoint
  • Advanced knowledge of CMMS/Work Order systems
  • Extensive critical environment and laboratory facilities experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional certifications such as CFM, FMP, PMP, or LEED AP
