You will collaborate with stakeholders and leaders in design, product management, engineering, and marketing to justify design and product decisions, provide escalation management, and focus team activities around OKRs.

Key Requirements
4+ years of UX/Product Design experience
1+ year of experience leading/mentoring Product Designers
Bachelor’s Degree in HCI/UX, Social Science, Psychology, Research, or other related field, or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience working on consumer-facing digital products in a regulated environment
2+ years of experience optimizing product design workflows with generative artificial intelligence
