Job Summary
Provide subject matter expertise to advance GIES’s mission of protecting the Defense Industrial Base (DIB).
Support CFIUS, 1260H List, domestic M&A antitrust reviews, outbound investment, international engagement, data analytics, and future DoD economic security initiatives.
Conduct due diligence and fact-finding research independently and with DoD stakeholders to evaluate foreign participation risks to communications, network resiliency, supply chains, personal data, and cybersecurity.
