Base: $22 - $33 USD per hour; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual bonus plan; Benefits: Medical, vision, dental, 401(k), life insurance, PTO

Must-have
High School Diploma or GED required
1 year administrative or medical office experience
HIPAA compliance and sensitive data handling
Multi-line phone system operation
Microsoft Office and Google Workspace proficiency
Nice-to-have
Pharmacy Technician License preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
Experience with insurance verification processes
