Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years experience in automotive automation
In-depth knowledge of Rockwell PLC software
Experience with Emulate 3D simulation software
Proficiency in Siemens HMI software
Knowledge of FANUC robot programming
Ability to read electrical/mechanical drawings
Nice-to-have
Experience with Matrox machine vision systems
Familiarity with Eplan hardware design tool
Knowledge of engine shop processes
Programming skills in C#, Python, or VBA
Experience with large Body-in-White (BIW) projects
Strong communication and intercultural teamwork
Key Requirements
Masters or bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering
Must not require immigration sponsorship from GM
Hybrid work arrangement requiring office presence three times per week
