Job Summary
Partner closely with the Residency Program Director and the Vice Chair of Education to support the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of the department’s residency, fellowship, and medical student training programs.
Operationalize curriculum delivery, coordinate recruitment and onboarding, oversee scheduling and evaluations, and ensure ongoing compliance with accreditation standards.
Play a hands-on role in mentoring trainees, facilitating feedback and remediation processes, and promoting scholarly engagement and academic productivity.

Salary
Base: $460,000 - $527,500; Bonus/Equity: Performance-based incentives may include bonuses for productivity and quality; Benefits: Comprehensive and generous employee benefits program including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as retirement plan(s) with employer contributions.
