This role leads the delivery of advanced analytics, Business Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions across the APAC region for Barclays.
The successful candidate will own the full ML lifecycle, ensuring explainability, validation, and governance in line with enterprise standards.
You will collaborate with Data Architects to design conceptual, logical, and dimensional data models while ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Must-have
Advanced analytics and BI solution delivery
End-to-end Machine Learning lifecycle ownership
Strong SQL and dimensional data modelling skills
Experience with Databricks, Spark, and Python
Regulatory compliance and Responsible AI governance
Nice-to-have
DBT-based model-driven analytics experience
Real-time streaming data pipeline knowledge
Enterprise data product model familiarity
Generative AI and RAG solution building
Key Requirements
Strong experience in financial services or investment banking
