  • The primary function of the Loan Officer is to sell loan products offered by NewRez and develop and maintain referral sources by contacting prospective clients and making in-person calls on real estate agents and financial advisors.
  • Key duties include utilizing and managing a database of customer contacts, educating potential borrowers and agents on company products, performing prequalification assessments, negotiating loan terms, and coordinating the loan process with the assigned processing center.
