Must-have

  • Troubleshoot HVAC electrical components

  • Read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Comply with EPA and safety standards

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with building automation systems
  • Support HVAC startups and commissioning
  • Strong documentation and CMMS skills
  • Energy efficiency optimization knowledge
  • Technical or vocational HVAC training

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • EPA Section 608 Certification (Type II or Universal)
  • TDLR Class B HVAC license
  • 3–5 years experience servicing refrigerant HVAC systems
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
