Job Summary
Oversee working parties (technical modifications and/or repairs) on delivered aircraft by leading cross-functional teams deployed to customer sites.
Provide operational and functional leadership for all on-site personnel, including spares, engineering representatives, preparators, sub-contractors, workers, and inspectors.
Deliver working parties on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality, guaranteeing absolute compliance with EASA Part 145 regulations.
