Job Summary
This role serves as the architect of global People transformation, bridging ambitious vision with measurable business impact through a high-performing PMO team.
The successful candidate will own the executive governance framework, establishing rigorous standards for initiative success with clear business cases and ROI metrics.
Reporting to the VP of HRBP, you will act as a critical partner to the Chief of Staff and Business Transformation offices to shape the future operating model of People & Culture globally.
