Job Summary
The DFAC Site Manager is responsible for the full operational leadership, execution, and performance of Dining Facility (DFAC) services at Al Dhafra Air Base (ADAB) in support of the 380th Expeditionary Force Support Squadron (EFSS).
This role ensures delivery of high-quality food services, DFAC equipment maintenance, and sanitation operations in strict compliance with AFCAP requirements, U.S. Air Force standards, and applicable host nation regulations.
