  • The Continuous Improvement Analyst is responsible for driving operational excellence within the Distribution Center (DC) by managing daily performance systems, leading the 5S program, and ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • A primary responsibility of this role is the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of SOPs and guidance documents to ensure process clarity, compliance, and operational consistency.
  • The role also delivers Continuous Improvement (CI) training during new hire orientation and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure timely communication of updates.
