The role involves tracking and monitoring facility effective utilization of PDPM tools including Physician Diagnosis Verification and Admission/Discharge CSR.
Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Suite products and maintain good standing with the State Board of Nursing.

Must-have

3 years of supervisory experience preferred

Key Requirements
