Evonik Malaysia is seeking an HR Specialist to support various functions within their HR department, including business partnering, HR administration, employee engagement, and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of relevant HR experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft and ideally SAP/Workday applications

Job Summary

  • Support the administrative and operational matters within the HR department, including business partnering, HR administration, learning & development, employee motivation & engagement, and talent acquisition.
  • Advise and guide managers on HR policies, support them in using HR tools, and collaborate with stakeholders for workflow enhancement.
  • Coordinate end-to-end relocation processes, manage HRDC submissions, and actively participate in campus relations and recruitment activities.
